Tom Cox

Tom Cox joined the A-1 team in 2020 after spending 25 years in consulting and management. Finding a company with a solid long-standing reputation who has values aligned with his, were the most important reasons he chose to work at A-1. Being able to combine A-1’s fantastic service and industry leading products with his years of customer service, will bring an incredible amount of value to his clients. He feels very fortunate to be a part of the A-1 family and is looking forward to serving this great community!

Kelly Burlile

Kelly spent his early professional career in the golf industry. That foundation provided a natural transition for him to move into customer service as a comfort advisor. His attention to detail makes him the perfect person to handle large new construction projects. He loves working for A-1 because he shares the same passion for good customer service and 100% satisfaction.

Danny Weeks

Danny Weeks found his home at A-1 in 2018. As an Idaho native, he was raised in the Treasure Valley and graduated locally from high school in 1990. He then attended Boise State University where he studied Secondary Education and History while playing college football for the Boise State Broncos from 1990-1994. He became involved with the heating and cooling industry in 2018, after gaining experience in building performance. Sharing the same values of integrity and honesty, the move to A1 Heating and Air was a natural fit for him. His passion is to create the best customer experience possible while providing the most appropriate solutions for his clients. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, playing tennis and spending time with his family and friends.

Rob Goodman

Rob Goodman found his home at A-1 in 2017. He started in the heating & cooling industry in 1993, where he worked as a residential new construction installer and service technician, and then in 2009 he became a service tech. While working as a service technician he was eventually promoted senior tech, where he could do service as well as sales. In 2015 he moved into the position of being a Comfort Advisor. He enjoys taking care of our customers and building long lasting relationships. Joining the A-1 team was a great fit for him because he shares the same qualities and passion for taking care of our customers that everyone at A-1 has. A-1 Heating made him feel right at home. In his spare time, he enjoys shooting, fishing and the outdoors. He looks forward to meeting with you and coming up with a solution for all your comfort needs.

Genaro De Leon

Genaro has been working in the heating and air industry since 1998, gaining valuable experience while holding several service and sales positions with AC distribution companies. In 2008 Genaro took a Territory Manager position with Lennox industries, the leading brand of heating and air conditioning products. After 12 years with Lennox, he transitioned to a Comfort Advisor role. His extensive Lennox product knowledge makes him a natural fit for A-1, the Treasure Valley's Premier Lennox Dealer. Genaro also feels like A-1 and The Treasure Valley are the perfect home for him. "It's important to work for an honest company that I can be proud of, and to live in a beautiful place where I can golf, hunt, fish, and enjoy my family and friends! This is where I belong.
