A-1 Heating was founded in 1956 by two men and an old pickup truck. Today we have over 130 co-workers. Our team works daily to provide home comfort needs to our customers in Idaho and Oregon using exceptional products and services.

As a big family ourselves, it is easy to take care of our customers’ families. Our team knows first-hand how important comfort and peace of mind can be to our homeowners. Our mission is to inform and educate our clients on all the latest technology and innovations available today.

For over thirty years now we have partnered with Lennox Industries as our equipment manufacturer. We are proud to say that A -1 Heating has been chosen multiple times as a top twenty contractor out of over 7,000 across North America.

From equipment to maintenance, to indoor air quality concerns – we are your trusted heating, cooling, and air quality source. With the recent expansion into our electrical division, we can now provide the same high level of service for those needing electrical repairs or additions.

After being a part of this community for over 60 years, we believe strongly in giving back to this great community. We’ve had the honor of partnering with the Wyakin Warrior Foundation, Boys and Girls Club, Idaho Food Bank, and many other organizations.
