Rajesh Kariya2024-02-265 stars for the responsiveness and timely arrival. Called them at 730am, got a call back in less than 15mins and by 1130 my issue was fixed. The service person showed up promptly, called while he was on his way there. He was informative and got the job done fluently. The only concern I have was the cost of the part. I was charged 700$ for a blower motor. A quick amazon search shows a similar (not the same) for 150-300$. I proceeded with the 700$ motor with my eyes wide open (no one pressured me) because we needed the fix done today. I understand there could be difference between the 700$ and a 300$ motor, hence i won't jump to "i was overcharged' but just leave it as an observation.
Hannah Weng2024-02-22best experience with a service company i’ve every had - Ross and Pedro went above and beyond installing my new ceiling fan even taking a sensor out of the old one so I could use the old remote control. They were so kind and personable through the whole service. They were upfront about prices and kept me updated the whole time about anything that might increase the price. When I called to schedule Sam (i think that was her name) in the service department was so kind and helpful compared to the other services I called for quotes. Will definitely use A-1 again for any of my HVAC needs.

Sherry Anghel2024-02-02After an excellent installation with Maddie and her team, and a good experience with Paul our salesman, an unfortunate event with a technician’s service call within a week of installation regarding a weird whistle and an application of a messy sealant all over our beautiful system, our faith in A-1 has been fully restored. Husband is completely satisfied with their commitment to customer satisfaction. The sealant issue has been remedied and the unit looks almost as good as it did when installed, which is a VAST improvement. Thank you A-1. (Please note, we did remove the previous review and pictures as we feel that you have handled our situation admirably).

Michal Robinson2024-01-31Late Monday evening I realized our home's furnace hadn't kicked on all day and the house was getting cold. I called A-1 and spoke to a lovely person, Carleen, who promised to have someone call me in the morning. (I did want to pay to have an after-hours call-out.) Sure enough, early this morning Kerri, another nice person from A-1, called and promised a technician would come between 9-noon. Aleks arrived at 10 and quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. He was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. Thanks, Aleks! Thanks, A-1! See you in the Spring for inspection service.
