Eric and Randy went above and beyond to help us with our cabin furnace! Eric met us on Saturday at a time that was convenient for us. We had previously been told by another agency that we needed a new furnace. Eric tested our furnace and showed us every step he took. He assured us the furnace was working fine and did not need replacing. He then spoke with his colleagues to assist us in troubleshooting the probable issue and encouraged us to contact an electrician. We did so and the problem was rectified. Randy then rechecked the furnace for us as we live 2 hours away.
